A Winter's Walk

Fed up of being indoors and trying to fix computers, hubby decided he needed to get out. We drove 40 minutes down the road to Brazos Bend State Park.  We walked around a different lake today which took us through the trees. Past tree loaded with Spanish Moss. We saw red cardinals and black vultures. Luckily we didn't see any snakes or spiders. We didn't see any alligators either but we could hear them across the lake. Winter in Texas. Blue skies and great temperatures. (68F or 20C)

N n n n Ninteen

I've been on a bit of a time out in the last few weeks for reasons that can't be blogged about. It's one of those times when social media just isn't appropriate. I'm now back and half into the swing of things again but I'm finding it hard to think of something to blog about. The teenage one came to the rescue  on Sunday by turning 19. His last year as a teenager. How on earth did that happen?
