Happy Birthday

Happy Happy Birthday to my sister. Hope you have a great day.

One Year Ago

One year ago this lovely lady came to visit us in Texas. She waved goodbye to her youngest Grandson and  braved the 10 hour flight all by herself,  to see her eldest Grandson graduate from an American High School.

Three weeks of wonderful memories. Who would have thought then, that there would be no more future visits.

Class of 2016

My first Graduating Class. Class of 2016 Mayde Creek High School, Houston.

Walking the Halls for the last time before finals starting on Thursday. And all to the sound of Land of Hope and Glory.

Memorandum Monday

Memorandum Monday with Sian From High in the Sky.
I didn't learn anything new this weekend but I did find out that the longer I leave it between layouts the longer I take to do one.

I think I need to do some every day during the school holidays.

Friday Quote (A day late)

Smile at someone today. It might make their whole day.

Coffee Time

Whilst I was at work this week the ladies from the Walking Group I tag along with, went walking and then went for coffee. Sarah got a cute puppy on top of her coffee

and I so wanted one too. I asked John if he'd make me one when I got home.

There is definitely something there,  but he's not quite got the technique yet!!
The coffee was delicious though.

It has been three months since mum died yet I still find myself looking for her letters in the mailbox.
