Cross Stitch

I have been trawling through my craft stuff recently and came across a sampler, I'm sorry to say, I started in 1993!! Eeek I know where has the time gone? After reading Chars blog on UFOs (I think it means unfinished objects but I could be wrong) I've decided that I'm going to square up the instructions into smaller sections and aim to do at least one square at the weekends. As you can see I only have the right hand side to go so I really should get my ass into gear and get it finished.

  1. I think I probably have some similar vintage cross stitch UFO's - one of them my mum has been waiting for many years to hang on her wall.

  3. Don't give up now! Remember that the Eliazabethan blackwork took me ages to finish but the result was worth the long haul!!

  4. Ooo its lovely & you've got miles further than me. Cough cough! its been out of its packet! Someone bought it for me a few birthdays ago so it wasn't my choice! but the colours look lovely I might just have to seek it out. Fancy doing another?lol. It looks lovely. Sometimes life gets too busy to finish them especially when you are eager to start something new. I'm taking all my ufo's with me to the next life! Good Luck we want to see it when its finished. ;-)XX
