a cup is about 235ml it just really needs to be aproximately equal measures so i would think if you use any real cup you have in the house it would work just the same it really is delicious and very easy
We managed to get both the boys to sit in the basket swing long enough to have their photo taken. Harry did have to finish his lunch in there too.
