Still snowing :(

Just when you thought the thaw had started the snow reappears!!! Apparently at 11am this morning Fochabers was cut off. I wondered why there wasn't much traffic on the High Street.

It's now 3 hours later and the snow is back!!

  1. Oh Liz Sweetie...
    That snow:
It is beautiful, but I will take my 70's here in the valley with the sun shining warmly. I wish I could bottle some up for you and send it your way. Can you feel it coming through the screen?

Do you have a fireplace? Sitting in front of a warm fireplace would be the only place to be here. Way to cold looking for me. I love to look, I just don't want to live in it. Nope not for me.

Wrap up, stay warm and have a cup of hot cocoa.

    Country hugs sweetie...Sherry

  2. Beautiful snow. It's so funny how pictures from other countries just make the world smaller. Very neat. I went to Scotland once and I would love to go back. It was absolutely beautiful.

  4. Cool! The shot of the High Street is almost black & white ~ very effective. Hope BIL can get home tomorrow!

  5. Hi Liz, the photo's are so pretty. I know that Scotland doesn't usually get this much snow does it. We are used to it here and it is very cold this morning. Our cold on the prairies is very dry, I would think Scotland's cold is damp....is it?
Am resting by the fire and am appreciating the fact that I am able to breathe easier...LOL...Hugs

  6. I'm sick of it too. I never got to work this morning. Love the photos.

  7. I can't even imagine, Liz, though places in the South are getting snow that don't normally get it. We are expecting extreme cold (below freezing) in parts of Florida that don't normally get that kind of cold. So I sympathize. I'm ready for it to be gone!

    XO,

    Sheila :-)
