Another sunny day

Today was the perfect day for going out for a walk and coming home to the first BBQ of the year.  It's the first time in 6 years of living here that we've eaten outside.
The sun was hot and the sky was blue.

    Here am I complaining about our Winter setting in ... maximums still into the 20's, and thinking I'm freezing.

    We certainly did :) though it wasn't our first of the year. As soon as we get a hint of warmer weather the bbq is sure to be lit (or as we call it, a braai). xx

    We ate outside again today ~ with our youngest girl cousin and family. It was fab! One day last week we ate all three meals outside.
    BTW ~ did you see that Alison chose you to receive the book she was offering up?
