A little round-up
I seem to have been away from my blog for soooooooooo long.
A little thing called the "Olympics" keeps getting in the way. That and a trip to London.
Here's a few pictures from the last fortnight.
:: We went to London. To see the Queen? Of course not. To see family of course. (I don't don't know who that man is in the green jumper but could he please stay out of my photo!!!!)
:: We went on a river cruise and saw Tower Bridge with the Olympic Rings.
:: We went to Horse Guards Parade but didn't see the beach volley ball. We did hear the crowd cheering though. We also saw all the flags along the Mall.
:: My nephew and I sang the National Anthem and waved our flags when Andy Murray got his Gold medal. My sister and I actually stopped in a local supermarket so we could see him win the second set then set off home in time to see him win.
:: We went to the Royal Hospital Chelsea to see our friend Paddy. He's the one on the far right :0)
:: We met up with family I haven't seen since my sister's wedding in October 2005.
:: We collected mum from the airport a few hours after we landed back home and I put her straight to work!!
And finally...........
:: We went back to visiting the old folk with Moss, who by the picture below was very happy to see them all again
I think I need a rest after all that.
