Dieting

Why is it, that it can take months to lose weight, yet it takes five minutes to put it back on?  Why is it that some people can eat what they like and not put on weight, yet others have to constantly battle to keep the pounds off?
After four weeks of the school holidays, not watching what I eat, indulging in chocolate because I could and generally not eating too healthily, I'm feeling a little stodgy around the middle.
According to Weight Watchers I'm slap bang in the middle of the range for my height etc but I still feel over weight.
Today, as they say, is the day.  The day when I take myself in hand and start to eat properly again.  I've managed many times before and can do so again.
Here's to salads and fresh fruit.  To healthy snacks and to less chocolate.  I can't don't want to cut it out all together as you have to have something to look forward to in the middle of all that greenery.

Onwards and upwards :0)
