It was a sad day today as after school we had a Remembrance Service for one of our pupils who died on 3 January after a long battle with cancer.
Matthew Campbell. aged 16 was an amazing young man who will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, all the staff at school and everyone who knew him. He did orienteering, running, was a member of the local amateur dramatics, played the cello in two orchestras and was in a string quartet and was absolutely determined to be a doctor.
My thoughts are with all of his family today.
