Form filling. Don't you just detest it? I've been working at the school for nearly 12 years and I'm only just completing the Disclosure form. I've checked it twice and John is also checking it so hopefully I haven't missed anything out.

Ah, yes, the dreaded disclosure form ... how come it's taken the school so long to realise you didn't have one?
