At Christmas we always had Chinese for tea on Christmas Eve as the turkey was
in the oven!!
Oh yum sounds lovely
ReplyDeletelove it!!! this year we are having a Polish Christmas Eve because my lovely new daughter-in-law is Polish
ReplyDeleteGreat! What a brilliant idea! If we were at home this year I think I would pinch it, as it is we are actually eating at my sister's on Christmas Eve before returning back home for the rest of the Christmas season!
ReplyDeleteAnd Christmas Eve this year?
ReplyDeleteAlready sorted :0)
DeleteGreat idea!
ReplyDeleteI like this very much! At Christmas we always go out for fish and chips on the evening of the day we decorate the Christmas tree. That would be yesterday :)
ReplyDeleteAll those years ago it was a treat!
ReplyDeleteNow that's an unusual tradition.
ReplyDeleteThat's fun! We always do a big ham for christmas eve and have it cold with nice cheeses and jacket potatoes.
ReplyDeleteI make something homely and school dinner size! this year it will be Cottage pie with a colcannon top especially requested by one of the brothers. We always had Chinese Duck & pancakes for our new years eve supper.
ReplyDeleteSounds fun - and very practical too!
ReplyDeleteWhen I saw the word Christmas, I immediately remembered a not so pleasant situation for me.I always give gifts to my friends and family for Christmas. This time I almost broke the tradition, because I lost my job. I was not discouraged and started looking for professional c.v. services and found here ,they are the best of their kind.
