Enchanted Nurseries and Landscapes

John and I popped along to the local garden centre on Monday

to check out some shrubs etc for the new bed John created

on the back football pitch garden!!

I like to call it the Enchanted Garden Centre as that's

exactly what it is.

It's like someone took an old ghost town, with rusty old cars and trucks

and built a garden centre around it.

There were butterflies of all shapes and sizes, dragon flies as big as your hand and all sorts of bugs that are better off at a distance!!

There are quirky areas (sorry about the finger in the photo!!) 

rockery plants and statues

a fish pond

the old barn full of pots (and spiders and frogs)

the herb garden

the old water tower

and the general store, the hotel and the jail

A really quirky little place.  I'll definitely be going back for a look.

But one thing I will remember.........

The BUG Spray.
